Blum Capital, PEP set to exit Xtralis in Honeywell deal

Xtralis, a portfolio company of Pacific Equity Partners and Blum Capital Partners, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Honeywell (NYSE: HON) for $480 million. Xtralis is a provider of aspirating smoke detection, perimeter security technology and video analytics software. The transaction is expected to close in 2Q. PEP and Blum Capital invested in Xtralis in 2006 and 2010, respectively.
