Caesars Entertainment, a portfolio company of Apollo Global Management and TPG Capital, has filed again for an IPO, this time of up to $50 million. Late last year, the casino-entertainment company canceled its existing IPO plans due to market conditions. Caesars intends to list on a national securities exchange under the symbol CZR and use its net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including development projects and maintenance capital expenditures.
