Candle Lamp, a portfolio company of Westar Capital, has acquired The Sterno Group from Blyth (NYSE: BTH). Sterno makes and distributes canned fuel and tabletop lighting products and accessories for the foodservice and retail sectors, and its brands include Sterno, Handy Fuel, QuickFlame and Sterno Decorative Lighting Collection. Similarly, Candle Lamp provides heat and light solutions to the foodservice industry. The combined company will operate under the name SternoCandleLamp.
