Carlyle-Backed Platform Buying Eight Aerospace Facilities from GE

Dynamic Precision Group, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, has agreed to acquire eight aerospace component fabrication and machining facilities from a subsidiary of GE Aviation. All eight facilities are located on three sites in the U.S., U.K. and Canada that design, manufacture and integrate components and systems for aircraft engines and airframes. Acquisition financing was led by RBC Capital Markets and Deutsche Bank.
