CD&R appoints four partners

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has promoted Sarah Kim, Stephen W. Shapiro, Derek L. Strum and J.L. Zrebiec to partner. Kim has worked at the firm since 2008 and Strum since 2003, both specializing in the healthcare sector. Shapiro has worked at CD&R since 2002 with an emphasis on services businesses, and Zrebiec has been at the firm since 2004 and focuses on industrial investments.
