CD&R to unload Capco in $1.45B deal

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has agreed to sell Capco, a London-based management and tech consultancy, to global IT consulting company Wipro in a deal valued at $1.45 billion. CD&R acquired a 60% stake in Capco from FIS in 2017, with the latter retaining a 40% stake in the business and receiving $477 million in cash from the deal.
