The company's shares now trade on the NASDAQ under the symbol CDW. Based in Illinois, CDW sells technology solutions like cables, computers, monitors and projectors to government, education and healthcare clients. An earlier SEC filing showed an expected price range of $20 to $23 per share. CDW's two private equity owners took the company private in 2007 for about $7.3 billion. CDW shares closed at $18.37 on their first day of trading.
