Centerbridge Partners has extended the expiration of its tender offer to acquire the common stock of P.F. Chang's China Bistro (NASDAQ: PFCB) to June 20th. The offer was previously set to expire at the end of June 12th. Centerbridge intends to acquire the company for $51.50 per share, putting the total transaction value at about $1.1 billion. P.F. Chang's owns and operates P.F. Chang's China Bistro and Pei Wei Asian Diner restaurants.
