CompStak, a provider of crowdsourced real estate information, has raised $565,000 in seed funding. The company gathers detailed information from real estate transactions and compiles it in a platform which can be used by brokers, landlords, appraisers and others in the industry to assist with deals. Leading the round was 500 Startups, with participation from Expansion Capital Partners and Silicon Badia, along with angel investors.
