Thomas H. Lee Partners has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CompuCom, an IT services and solutions specialist, from Court Square Capital Partners. Based in Dallas, CompuCom specializes in full lifecycle infrastructure services from assessment, design, procurement and integration through program deployment and management services of complete enterprise IT infrastructures. Court Square acquired CompuCom in 2007. Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, BMO Capital Markets and Jefferies are providing debt financing to support the latest transaction, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2013.
