Confie Seguros Continues to Add On; Acquires Cannello, Moose

Confie Seguros, a provider of personal lines insurance backed by ABRY Partners, has acquired two more insurance brokers: Cannello Agency in Niagara, NY, and Moose Insurance in Oakland, FL. The additions strengthen the platform's presence in the New York and Florida markets and continue to build its national footprint. Established in 2008, Confie Seguros is a California-based national insurance distribution company primarily focused on the insurance needs of Hispanic consumers. The company completed 22 acquisitions in 2012.
