Corinthian Capital Group, a New York-based private equity firm, has announced several management successions and promotions. Outgoing CEO Steven J. Kumble has been succeeded by Peter Van Raalte, who will also assume the role of president. Mr. Kumble will remain active as Corinthian's chairman and a member of its investment committee. C. Kenneth Clay has been named executive managing director. Messrs. Kumble, Van Raalte and Clay co-founded the firm in 2005. Corinthian also named Tony Pucillo as chief administrative officer and senior managing director. Corinthian invests in niche manufacturing, distribution and service businesses with EBITDA between $10 million and $30 million.
