Corten Capital to buy Germany's Matrix42

Corten Capital has agreed to acquire Matrix42, a Frankfurt-based provider of digital workspace management software, from Emeram Capital Partners. Founded in 1992, Matrix42 has over 5,000 customers worldwide on its platform. Emeram bought Matrix42 in 2015.
