Coupons.com anticipates selling 10 million shares for between $12 and $14 per share in its upcoming IPO. The company has applied to trade under the COUP symbol on the NYSE. Coupons.com operates a platform that provides digital and printable coupons, discounts and loyalty card promotions. Its previous financings includes a striking $200 million Series F in 2011 that gave the company a $1.3 billion post-money valuation. Current investors include Passport Capital (22.56% pre-IPO stake) and T. Rowe Price (11.66%), among others.
