Thomas H. Lee Partners and Goldman Sachs have agreed to acquire CTI Foods from its current PE backer, Littlejohn & Co.Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley have provided debt financing commitments to support the transaction. CTI, which was acquired by Littlejohn in 2010, provides food products like proteins, soups and dressings to North American chain restaurants. The company partners with clients to come up with custom flavors and menu items.
