CVC Capital pursues $1B+ packaging sale

CVC Capital Partners has hired an adviser to pursue a potential sale of AR Packaging that could value the company at upward of €1.3 billion (nearly $1.6 billion), Bloomberg reported. CVC has owned the Swedish company since 2016. AR Packaging produces various packaging materials for an array of industries, including beauty, food services and pharmaceuticals.
