Frankfurt-based firm Deutsche Beteiligungs AG has shortlisted Antin, InfraVia and 3i as potential buyers for German fiber-optics company DNS:Net Internet Service, Reuters reported. DNS sells internet services to private and corporate customers on its own and rented fiber-optic network infrastructure. The sale is expected to value the business at between €400 million to €500 million. DBAG first invested in DNS in 2013 and holds a 37.5% stake, however other shareholders are said to be exiting as well.
