Digital Marketing Platform IgnitionOne Closes $20M Round

IgnitionOne, a provider of cloud-based digital marketing technology, has closed a $20 million Series B funding round led by new investor SoftBank Capital, with participation from existing investors including ABS Capital Partners and Brown Savano. With a global footprint of over 450 employees in 17 offices across 10 countries, IgnitionOne is one of the largest independent marketing technology companies in the world. It provides a suite of solutions that encompass algorithmic media management across channels such as search, programmatic display and social; advanced data management; and marketing automation.
The additional capital will enable the company to solidify its industry position through strategic acquisitions, accelerated product development of its technology, and expansion of sales and marketing activities on a worldwide basis. IgnitionOne serves a number of major brands, including General Motors, CenturyLink, Bridgestone and GroupM, among others.
