Dixa, a Danish customer service software company, has acquired Elevio, the Melbourne-based developer of an AI-powered support platform. The deal is worth about $15 million, TechCrunch reported. Elevio offers a help center widget that can be used with customer relationship management platforms like Dixa or Salesforce. It allows website visitors to get support or answers on a product or service. Dixa raised a $36 million Series B led by Notion Capital in early 2020.
