Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and GS Capital Partners-backed Dollar General has filed to sell 34.1 million shares with a price range of between $21 and $23 per share in its IPO. The company plans to offer 22.7 million shares with stockholders selling the remaining 11.4 million shares. The company also reported paying its stockholders a special dividend of $239.3 million in September with cash from operations.
