Strategic advisory company DST Systems (NYSE: DST) has agreed to acquire the remaining interests in joint investor services ventures Boston Financial Data Services and International Financial Data Services from State Street (NYSE: STT). For State Street's stake in BFDS, DST has agreed to pay the equivalent of $157.6 million in shares of State Street stock it owns. To acquire IFDS, the UK component of the joint venture, DST has agreed to pay $175 million in cash. Both DST and State Street's shares closed up roughly 2% on Tuesday.
