Duck Creek sets IPO price range

Duck Creek Technologies has set a price range of $19 to $21 per share for its upcoming IPO. The Boston-based developer of property and casualty insurance software is offering 15 million shares. At the midpoint of the price range, the company would have a market value of $2.6 billion. Last month, it raised $230 million in pre-IPO funding from investors including Kayne Anderson Rudnick and Whale Rock Capital.
