Dynamex (NASDAQ: DDMX) has received a takeover offer of $23.50 in cash per share, an aggregate value of about $230 million, from an undisclosed party. The company has deemed the proposal superior to the one submitted by Greenbriar Equity Group last October. Greenbriar had offered to pay $21.25 per share. Dynamex provides same-day delivery and logistics services.
