E-scooter startup Voi picks banks for upcoming IPO

E-scooter startup Voi has selected Carnegie Investment Bank and Citigroup to plan its IPO, Bloomberg reported. The listing, which is expected to take place on a Nordic exchange, could give the company a market cap of over $1 billion. Founded in 2018, Voi has raised $430 million in funding from backers including VNV Global and The Raine Group.
