E-Verifier LawLogix Backed by PNC Riverarch, Akoya Capital

PNC Riverarch Capital and Akoya Capital Partners have invested in LawLogix Group, a Phoenix-based provider of electronic I-9, E-Verify and immigration case management software. Vista Point Advisors was the company's adviser on the transaction. LawLogix's software products automate the labor and paper-intensive I-9 and visa application processes for more than 160,000 organizations worldwide, including corporations like 3M, Pfizer and US Airways.
