Eloqua Raises $92M IPO, Shares Climbed Up 12%

Marketing automation software provider Eloqua raised $92 million in its IPO by offering eight million shares at $11.50 apiece, the high end of its expected $9.50 to $11.50 range. Trading under the NASDAQ yesterday under the symbol ELOX, shares climbed up 12% to close at $12.89. Eloqua is backed by JMI Equity, Bay Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners, none of which sold shares through the offering.
