EnCap Helps Form Eclipse Resources

EnCap Investments, Benjamin W. Hulburt and Christopher K. Hulburt have formed Eclipse Resources with $150 million of committed equity. The newly formed company will acquire, explore and develop unconventional oil and natural gas properties in the Appalachian Basin. Both Benjamin Hulburt and Christopher Hulburt are former senior executive officers of Rex Energy.
