Epiris to acquire Time's UK arm from Meredith

Epiris has agreed to buy Time's UK arm from media giant Meredith. The unit's portfolio encompasses 50 brands and magazines, such as Country Life, music weekly NME and fashion monthly Marie Claire. Time was already in the process of selling its UK arm when it agreed a $2.8 billion takeover by Meredith in November.
