Exaltare and Brightwood Team Up for Health Club Investment

Boston-based Exaltare Capital Partners and New York City-based Brightwood Capital Advisors have purchased PFC Management, a Planet Fitness Franchisee operating 15 health clubs in Connecticut. Modern Bank provided a portion of the financing for the deal and will be administrative agent for the credit facilities.
