Finnish telecom provider to pick up industrial software maker CamLine

Elisa, a Finnish data communications company, has agreed to buy German industrial software maker CamLine for €60 million. Founded in 1989, CamLine focuses on computerized manufacturing systems. The deal is expected to add machine learning, AI and 3D functionalities to CamLine's existing offerings, while adding to Elisa's manufacturing industry software product portfolio.
