First Reserve, an energy-focused private equity firm, is looking to raise $5 billion for its First Reserve Fund XIII. Based in Greenwich, CT, with additional offices in Houston, London and Hong Kong, First Reserve invests across the energy spectrum, with investments in energy infrastructure, E&P, mining, natural gas gathering and power generation companies, among others.
