Foodtech startup The Protein Brewery bags €22M

Novo Holdings has led a €22 million Series A for The Protein Brewery, a Dutch startup developing proteins to replace animal products in the food chain. The funds will be used for research and development, as well as to scale up production of the company's Fermotein food ingredient.
