Fulcrum Capital Partners has sold Qzina Specialty Foods North America, a chocolate and dessert ingredient supplier. The Chefs' Warehouse (NASDAQ: CHEF) paid approximately $32.7 million for the company. Fulcrum acquired Qzina in December 2005 through its third fund. Under its ownership, the company expanded its geographical reach and product offering.
