General Atlantic and Oak Hill Capital Partners have agreed to sell a 30% stake in Genpact (NYSE: G) to Bain Capital. The transaction includes about 68 million common shares priced at $14.76 each, putting the total amount at approximately $1 billion. As part of the deal, Bain Capital has agreed not to sell any Genpact shares for two and a half years. Genpact is a provider of business process management and technology services. Upon completion of the transaction, the selling shareholders will together own about a 10% stake in the company.
