Hain Celestial to feast on syrup maker

Hain Celestial is set to acquire syrup and natural sweetener producer Clarks. The deal would net the organic food and personal care company a business which employs more than 30 people and generated around £7 million in sales in 2016. Clarks products are stocked by retailers including Tesco, Ocado and Sainsbury's.
