H.I.G. Capital has agreed to acquire Arctic Glacier Income Fund (CNSX: AG.UN). The PE firm submitted its proposal in accordance with Arctic Glacier's court approved Sale and Investor Solicitation Process under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada). Headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Arctic Glacier produces packaged ice. The transaction is expected to close by the end of July.
