has completed the first platform investment through its Industrial Opportunity Partners II fund, acquiring
Aarrowcast
.
PNC Bank
and
RBS
provided the senior debt financing for the transaction, while
Yukon Partners
provided the subordinated financing. Aarrowcast provides gray, ductile and austempered ductile iron castings. The company was previously backed by
J.H. Whitney & Co.
