A consortium made up of Dalmore, Equitix and GLIL Infrastructure is looking to buy an approximate 20% stake in the UK's nuclear power stations for £1.2 billion, per Sky News. A deal would reportedly see Centrica and EDF Energy reduce their holdings in the £6 billion business. The power stations are believed to generate around one-fifth of the UK's electricity.
