Interior Logic Group set for PE-backed IPO

Interior Logic Group, a provider of interior design technology and related services for homebuilders, has filed to go public on the Nasdaq. Based in Irvine, Calif., the company has been backed by Platinum Equity since 2017 and by Littlejohn & Co. since 2018. Littlejohn took its stake when ILG merged that year with rival Interior Specialists, a Littlejohn portfolio company since 2014.
