Interstate National has appointed Mark H. Mishler as its CEO. Mr. Mishler has most recently served as president and COO of The Warranty Group. Interstate is a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital and the umbrella corporation for Interstate National Dealer Services, RpmOne and National Warranty / Payment Insured Plan.
