J.F. Lehman & Company is looking to raise its fourth PE fund, JFL Equity Investors IV, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm last raised a fund in 2011 when it closed on $575.5 million for its Fund III, which had generated an IRR of 14.35% as of 1Q. J.F. Lehman looks to make control investments in lower-middle-market companies with engineering competencies and tech-driven products and services.
