Keywords makes noise with trio of deals

Keywords Studios has agreed to acquire three video game audio specialists—La Marque Rose, Asrec and Dune Media—for up to €7.6 million. The cash-and-share deal will see €6.6 million paid up front for the businesses with an additional €1 million depending on performance. The three companies together have annual revenues of around €9 million and pre-tax profits of €900,000.
