KKR, Silver Lake mull $3B offers for StubHub

KKR, Silver Lake and Vivid Seats have shown interest in acquiring StubHub from eBay in a deal that could value the online ticket seller at roughly $3 billion, per Bloomberg. Vivid is a fellow ticketing company that's backed by GTCR and Vista Equity Partners. eBay announced in March that it would explore selling StubHub and its own classifieds business under pressure from activist investors Starboard Value and Elliott Management.
