KKR has agreed to acquire Argenta, a New Zealand-based contract research and manufacturing organization that specializes in animal health, from the Tomlinson Group. The firm paid $100 million for its majority stake, according to Reuters. Funds for KKR's investment came via the firm's Health Care Strategic Growth Fund, which closed on $1.45 billion in 2017.
