Kraton Performance Polymers (NYSE: KRA) has filed for a secondary public offering of 6 million shares of common stock with Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Oppenheimer & Co. serving as the bookrunning managers. All of the shares are being sold by TPG Capital and J.P. Morgan Partners, which have backed the company since a 2003 LBO. Kraton produces styrenic block copolymers.
