L2 Capital Acquires Landfill Service

L2 Capital Partners has acquired Landfill Service Corp., a supplier of landfill products and equipment. McGladrey Capital Markets financially advised the sellers on the transaction. L2 Capital Partners is a new lower-middle market PE firm that typically makes equity investments of up to $10 million in manufacturing, distribution and service companies.
