LDC sells ATCORE to Inflexion

LDC has exited travel industry technology provider ATCORE to Inflexion Private Equity. The company, which counts TUI and Thomas Cook among its customers, has revenues of £26 million, with EBITDA of £8.2 million. LDC originally backed the company's £45 million management buyout in 2014.
