Leeds Equity Partners has completed a restructuring of its portfolio company EduK Group, a provider of for-profit postsecondary education in Puerto Rico. The restructuring included the sale of a minority stake and a refinancing of the company's debt. The deal returned to Leeds a multiple times its investment and still leaves the firm with a majority stake.
