LGP eyes $1B exit

Leonard Green & Partners has begun working with an advisor on a possible sale of Tank Holding that could value the maker of barrels, tanks and other containers at about $1 billion, according to Bloomberg. LGP acquired the company from Olympus Partners in 2012 for $830 million. Tank has corporate offices in Minnesota and Nebraska.
