LLR Partners and FTV Capital have entered into an agreement to sell Fleet One to Wright Express (NYSE: WXS) for $369 million in cash. Fleet One provides fuel cards and fleet-related payment solutions to businesses and government agencies with vehicles. The company has been backed by LLR and FTV since 2008.
